Program Gotong-Royong 5S

6 Februari 2009, Jumaat – Jabatan Pengajian Am IKM Kota Kinabalu telah mengambil inisiatif dengan mengadakan program gotong royong 5S. Gotong royong ini melibatkan semua tenaga pengajar Jabatan Pengajian Am bertujuan untuk menyahut Kempen 5S IKMKK dengan motto “ 5S IKMKK Bagus Bah! “. Para pengajar telah dibahagi-bahagikan kepada beberapa kumpulan berdasarkan kawasan-kawasan yang terdapat di Pengajian Am. Kawasan-kawasan ini termasuklah pantry, bilik mesyuarat, rak majalah, pigeon hole dan juga meja serta almari masing-masing.

Gotong royong ini akan diadakan dari semasa ke semasa mengikut keperluan. Timbalan Pengarah (Hal Ehwal Akademik IKMKK), En. Nik Sharifullah bin Nik Kob telah meluangkan masa untuk melawat. Secara amnya, program tersebut bukan sahaja berjaya mencapai objektif yang telah ditetapkan tetapi juga telah mengeratkan lagi silaturrahim di kalangan pengajar-pengajar di Jabatan Pengajian Am untuk bekerja secara berpasukan.

06 February, Friday – The General Studies Department of IKM Kota Kinabalu had taken the initiative to organize a 5S-gotong royong program which involved all the lecturers of the department. The program was held in light of the recently launched IKMKK 5S campaign with the motto “ 5S IKMKK Bagus Bah! “. All those who were involved were divided into several groups based on the areas designated to them which included the pantry, meeting room, magazines rack, pigeon hole as well as the tables and cabinets of the respective lecturers.

The program will be held from time to time based on needs. Mr Nik Sharifullah bin Nik Kob as the Deputy Director of Academic Affairs of IKMKK, had spent some time to visit. As a whole, the program had succeeded in not only realizing its objective but also to strengthen the team work among all the lecturers of the General Studies Department of IKMKK.
